i. Death - Professor Lowe and Janessa (his student) have kinky sex, Lowe dies much later. Stoney and Kinsa have sex, Stoney is killed immediately afterwards, Kinsa slowly loses it and eventually kills herself in an accident.
ii. Random Sex - Lowe and Janessa doesn't seem to be a relationship, but seems to be regular rather than random. Both die.
iii. Relationship Sex - Stoney and Kinsa seem to be in a relationship. Both die.
iv. Rape - None.

Once again Jason is just a killing machine. There is a suggestion that the VR campers distract him with thier transgressive nature, though.
3a. Sex - See 2b for details. There is a suggestion that sex happening (Kinsa and Stoney) awakens Jason and sets him on his killing spree.

3d. Drugs - Azrael is doped up early on for medical reasons. But it seems like he was into that sort of thing anyway.

5a. The First Person on Screen - Either Jason or an unnamed Doctor during the credits (neither is first killed) or Jason than an Pvt Johnson after them. The Johnston is the first death.
5b. The Black Man dies First - To black men, Waylander and Sgt Brodski, both are killed towards the very end (Brodski is the last to die)
5c. The Stoner - Azrael is one of the first to die in the far future.
5d. The Bimbo - Kinsa and Janessa die late in the film.
5e. The Nerdy/Funny Guy - Various, mostly middle to end.
5f. Macho jerks - All the soldiers in the near future and most in the far future.
5g. The Strong Female Character - Adrienne Hart is first killed in the far future. Janessa (manages to be both D & E. KM14 if you count robots. The female soldiers were generally killed later than the men.
5h. The Protector - Possibly Brodski, he certainly dies that way. Rowan is the one with the knowledge and history though.
